Article 1: Modification or cancellation of order
We attach great importance to the speed of processing our orders. This is the reason why the time between taking the order and putting it in the package is very short.
Please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order via our contact page , specifying:
- the reason for your request: Error in size, color or other
- your order number
Beyond this period, we will unfortunately not be able to proceed with the cancellation of your order, and the return and shipping costs will be at your expense.
Article 2: Procedure for returning an item
Although we remain extremely attentive to the preparation of orders, it is possible that errors in size, color or simply of the article still occur. Please accept our apologies in advance if you received the wrong item.
Our priority is to make every effort to resolve your problem as soon as possible, which is why we study each case individually when it comes to returning goods.
Once your item has been received, you have 14 working days from the date of purchase to request a return. Knowing that items subject to a discount or promotion cannot be returned or refunded.
You must contact us for this from our contact page. specifying :
- the description of the reason for this return (wrong size, printing defect, damaged product),
- your order number,
- photo of the item concerned.
We may also need more details, such as photos of the item's label, in order to choose the best solution to give you complete satisfaction.
Article 3: Reimbursement conditions
The refund procedure can only be done under certain conditions and after analysis of the article by our returns department:
- it must never have been worn
- it must be in the same condition as when you received it: new condition, not wrinkled
- it must be returned in its original packaging with its invoice and in a properly closed package
- it must be returned within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of purchase (see article 2 above).
Our refunds are made exclusively by bank transfer for security reasons and only to the bank account and in the exact name of the customer who placed the order . No refund will be made under another name or a rib not bearing the same name.
It is quite possible that we need additional details such as your bank details in order to guarantee a fast and secure refund.
This refund can take up to 72 hours depending on the banking institutions and after confirmation from us.
If after this time you have still not received the refund, please contact your bank first with the transaction details that we will have sent to you.
The return costs are your responsibility, and in the event of a size error on your part, the reshipping costs are also your responsibility.
Article 4: Products refused
Fragile products, such as NASA accessories or those whose use is food (mugs, glasses, etc.) as well as items that have been purchased with a discount, being the subject of a promotion, items on sale or purchased with a gift card cannot be returned or refunded.
Article 5: Return costs
The transport costs for a return of the article in the event of an error on your part during the order will be at your expense.
Please contact us from our contact page to confirm the date of return of the goods.
If a new item is shipped due to a size or reference error on your part, the shipping costs for the new item will be your responsibility. If the error is our fault, the costs will be borne by us.
Article 6: Exchanges
For various technical reasons, we only accept exchanges under certain conditions.
If you would like an item in a different size or color, you will need to return the item to us at your expense and pay an additional charge based on the new size, color, or type of garment or accessory.
Any return of said article from you must imperatively be the subject of a prior agreement on our part for validation. Shipping costs are your responsibility.
In case of acceptance, the new article will be sent to you with paid delivery costs.
